Our story
Naren Kohli has worked for major banks like ASB and BNZ looking after business and commercial lending. After 15 years in banking, he started Mortgage Pundit to help people get the same understanding of how lenders think, from the other side of the table.
Today we help first home buyers, families, investors and business owners compare lenders, structure their loans well and present their applications the way lenders like to see them.
What we stand for
We work with a range of banks and non-bank lenders, so we can compare options rather than sell one lender's loans.
Lending is all we do. From home loans to business and commercial lending, we understand how lenders assess an application.
